• The request is submitted from an official company or agency email address.
• The purpose of the request is clearly stated.
• A valid consent or authorisation from the former employee is attached.
• Sufficient employment details are provided to identify the individual.

Unless otherwise authorised and legally permissible, our standard verification is limited to confirming:

• Employment status
• Employment start and end dates
• Last-held designation
• Nature of employment, where applicable

We do not provide personal documents, confidential company information, performance opinions, salary details, disciplinary information, or reasons for separation through this process.
